Referral FAQ
What counts as a qualified referral?
A business we have not already been talking to that signs on for a website project or marketing engagement. First come, first credited if two people refer the same business.
When do I get paid?
Within 14 days of the referred client’s first payment clearing. We will reach out for how you would like to receive it.
Can I refer more than one business?
Absolutely — there is no limit. Every qualified referral that becomes a client earns its own reward.
Do I need to be a client to refer someone?
No. Clients, friends, vendors, past coworkers — anyone can participate.
Referral rewards apply to new clients only and are paid after the referred client’s first payment clears. Jake & Lucas Marketing may adjust or end the program at any time; referrals submitted before any change are honored under the terms in place when submitted.
